On yearly billing, credits arrive every month. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
What are credits?
Credits are counted in dollars: $1 in credits is 100 credits. AI work, such as your agents’ replies to customers, uses credits. Your team’s own replies in the Inbox, DataTables and Forms don’t.
What does one credit buy?
One AI reply from your agent costs about 10 credits ($0.10). A reply that also uses a Tool costs a little more, so plan reply counts are estimates.
What happens when my credits run out?
Your agents pause and hand conversations to your team in the Inbox, where you keep replying as usual. Add credits anytime, and paid plans refill every month. You are never charged for usage you didn’t buy.
Who does a plan cover?
One plan covers your whole Organization. Every Workspace, agent and team member shares its credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits renew each billing period and don’t roll over. Credits you buy separately last 12 months.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. You can pay by card and, where available, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
