Can I use the Telegram bot I already have?
Yes. Paste the token of your existing bot from BotFather. If another service runs that bot today, it stops receiving messages once Pedro connects.
Do I need Telegram Premium or a Telegram Business account?
No. Pedro works with an ordinary Telegram bot that you create for free in BotFather.
Is Pedro a chatbot or an AI agent?
Both: a Telegram chatbot run by an AI agent. A simple chatbot follows fixed buttons and scripts. Pedro understands each buyer's own words, answers from what you taught it and saves the order.
What if Pedro doesn't know an answer?
It answers only from what you taught it. Anything else goes to your team in the Inbox.
Where do my orders go?
Into a DataTable in your Pedro workspace, where you and your team can see and edit every order.
Can I reply to buyers myself?
Yes. Open the conversation in the Inbox and take over. Your own replies never use credits.
What happens when my credits run out?
