Pedro Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Pedro. Please read them carefully before continuing.

Effective October 3, 2026 · Version 2026-10-03

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Pedro website, Web application, Desktop application when available, Pedro API, Accounts, Organizations, Workspaces, paid plans and credits, Pedro Assistant, support, and other Pedro-operated services that link to these Terms (together, the “Pedro Services”). The Pedro Services are operated by AppSage LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. “Pedro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AppSage LLC, reachable at contact@pedrohq.com.

By affirmatively accepting these Terms or using an authenticated Pedro Service after being asked to accept them, you agree to these Terms. The Pedro Privacy Policy explains how Pedro handles information and is not a substitute for your agreement to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Pedro for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for them and to submit the information you provide.

3. Accounts and security

Provide an accurate email address that you can access. You are responsible for protecting your email account, sign-in links, sessions, and devices and for activity through your Account. Do not share access, impersonate another person, or use an Account without authorization. Tell Pedro promptly at contact@pedrohq.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Pedro and Workspaces

Pedro provides Organizations and their Workspaces, which scope content and access. Content and configuration created in an Organization belong to that Organization, not to an individual member. Features, limits, availability, and supported applications may change as Pedro develops. Pedro does not promise uninterrupted availability, offline operation, synchronization, collaboration, or any feature that is not currently offered.

5. Your content

“User Content” includes prompts, messages, answers, feedback, and other information you submit to Pedro. You retain the rights you have in User Content and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use it.

You grant Pedro a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, display, secure, and troubleshoot User Content only as reasonably needed to provide, operate, protect, and support the Pedro Services and comply with law. This licence does not grant Pedro a right to sell your User Content or use it for unrelated advertising.

6. Pedro Assistant and AI output

Pedro Assistant uses artificial intelligence and an external model provider. Responses and other output (“Output”) may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, biased, unsafe, nonunique, or similar to output provided to others. Pedro does not guarantee that Output is correct, exclusive, suitable for a purpose, protectable by intellectual-property law, or free of third-party rights.

Review and independently verify important information before relying on it. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken using Output. Do not use Pedro for clinical purposes or as a substitute for professional medical advice. Use qualified professionals and independent judgment for legal, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential matters. Responses may fail, stop, time out, or be rate-limited.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Pedro Services to:

  • violate law or another person’s rights, privacy, or safety;
  • submit content you do not have authority to use;
  • engage in fraud, harassment, exploitation, deception, impersonation, or dangerous conduct;
  • create or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, or unauthorized surveillance;
  • gain unauthorized access, probe security, bypass protections or rate limits, scrape at disruptive scale, or interfere with the Pedro Services;
  • extract, reverse engineer, or misuse models, systems, or confidential components except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • use Pedro with children’s, highly sensitive, regulated, biometric, health, financial, or export-controlled information unless you have lawful authority and Pedro has expressly agreed to support that use.

8. Third-party services

Pedro uses providers to operate the Pedro Services and may link to independent third-party services. Independent services have their own terms and privacy practices, and Pedro is not responsible for their separate products, content, or conduct. Your use of an external link or future optional integration is between you and that provider unless Pedro expressly says otherwise.

9. Pedro materials and feedback

Pedro and its licensors retain all rights in the Pedro software, service, brand, design, documentation, website, and materials other than User Content. These Terms do not grant you a right to copy, resell, sublicense, or use Pedro branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable rights and notices.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow Pedro to use it without restriction or payment, provided Pedro does not identify you publicly as the source without permission.

10. Plans, credits, and payment

Pedro offers a free plan and paid plans, as described on the Pricing page. A plan belongs to an Organization and covers all of its Workspaces. Plans include credits, which pay for AI work such as an agent’s replies; you may also buy extra credits. Plan credits renew each billing period and do not roll over. Extra credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred except as these Terms or the law allow. When an Organization runs out of credits, AI work that needs credits pauses until credits are added or the plan renews.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides all customer service inquiries about payments, and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars, and Paddle adds applicable taxes at checkout.

We may change prices or plans. A price change for an existing paid plan applies from its next billing period after reasonable advance notice. The free plan and free credits may change or end.

11. Suspension and termination

Pedro may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, or material operational risk. Where practicable, Pedro will provide notice and a way to contact us. You may stop using Pedro at any time. Signing out does not close an Account or delete content; contact us about Account closure or data requests.

12. Service and warranty disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Pedro Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pedro disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pedro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from the Pedro Services or AI Output. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including any mandatory rights available to you.

14. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your User Content, your use of Output, and your compliance with these Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses and claims caused by your unlawful User Content, infringement of another person’s rights, or intentional misuse of the Pedro Services.

15. Changes to Pedro and these Terms

Pedro may change the Pedro Services and these Terms. Each material Terms text has a version and effective date. Pedro will provide reasonable notice of material changes and may require you to accept a new version before continuing authenticated use. Acceptance of a new version does not erase evidence of earlier acceptance.

16. Disputes and general terms

Applicable law and the courts with lawful jurisdiction govern disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing a claim, contact Pedro so the parties can try to resolve it informally. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without Pedro’s consent; Pedro may transfer them with the service as permitted by law. These Terms and incorporated notices form the agreement about the Pedro Services unless separate written terms apply.

17. Contact

Questions, legal notices, suspected Account compromise, and complaints may be sent to contact@pedrohq.com.
